Your First Chiropractic Visit
Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our new patient forms. It usually takes about 10 minutes to fill out so we request you arrive early to provide the time to complete the forms.
Chiropractic Examination
After your consultation, Dr Frank will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
​X-RAYS
Depending on your specific condition, we may refer you for X-rays. X-rays are taken only if necessary to provide you the most optimal care.

After reviewing all your information collected and goals, Dr Frank will give you a detailed report of all findings and recommendations for care. He will answer any questions including:

Chiropractic Adjustments
At the conclusion of this appointment, you can choose to experience your first chiropractic adjustment. There are lots of different ways a person can be adjusted. During the first few visits we will find the adjusting style your body responds best to. Chiropractic is interactive, so please express yourself so we can find the technique that allows your body to heal the fastest.
